Beyond The Limit is a sports nutrition and performance gear brand operating through beyondthelimit.co.uk. We are a dropshipping store — all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your order and your experience from the moment you place it.

Orders

Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times:

Free standard shipping on UK orders over £50. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched. As a dropshipping store some orders may arrive in supplier packaging or in separate shipments. This does not affect your consumer rights in any way.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened supplements and consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless confirmed as defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days at oska@carrgilson.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
