Deliveries may originate from locations outside the UK
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments from different suppliers

None of the above affects the quality of your product or your consumer rights in any way. We remain fully responsible for your order regardless of which supplier fulfils it.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns and refunds

Damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos
Sealed unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
Opened supplements and consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless confirmed as defective
